Add Empty Rows in a Label

If you want a blank space between rows of data on the labels,

you need to define the blank field in the add-in.

To create a label layout with blank rows:

When you create multiple fields, each field behaves as a line in

the label output. For example, Field 1 becomes Line 1, Field 2

becomes Line 2, etc.

1. To create a blank line, click Add Field, but leave the

Selected Items window blank (i.e., do not choose any data to

be added to the field).

Example

In this example, Field 3 does not contain any data. The label will

appear as shown:

1 2 ... 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18
