BL Blue, for horizontal cable terminations

Brown, for campus backbone cable

GR Green, network connections

Grey, for backbone cable between intermediate

Yellow, for auxiliary, maintenance, alarms,

security, etc.

FINDING THE CORRECT LABEL HEIGHT FOR YOU SELF LAMINATING LABLE

If you know your wire diameter or wire circumference, you can easily determine the

correct label height by using the following formula:

Step 1: Wire diameter x 3.147 (pi) = the circumference

Step 2. Wire circumference x 1.5 = total label length.

Allowing the label to wrap around the wire 1.5 times will ensure complete

encapsulation and protection of the label text.

To order a colour, add a dash “-” after the reference,

then add the colour suffix.
