Use Filters

Click Filter. The ODBC Filter Dialog box appears:

Select Section from the Field Name drop-down list box.

Select = from the Operator drop-down list box.

Type ‘Zone 1’ in the Value box.

Note that all Values must be entered within single quotation marks.

Click Add.

Select Wire from the Field Name drop-down list box.

Select < from the Operator drop-down list box.

15.

Type ‘104’ in the Value box.

Click Add.

Click OK. The query displays in the Filter Box.

18.

Click OK to run the query and view the results.
