Installing the Application
The GalaRio™ application and the VisiMate™ System print driver are
shipped on a single CD-ROM. A standard Windows® setup wizard
guides you through the installation procedure. For a PosterPrinter™
System print driver, use the disk included in the printer interface kit.
The installation allows you to install the application and the VisiMate™
System print driver at the same time. For more information on
installing the VisiMate™ System print driver, see the
VisiMate™
Specialty Printing Systems User’s Guide
that accompanied your printer.
Use the following procedures to install and uninstall the application
components.
Hint! You MUST install the PosterPrinter™ System print drivers
prior to installing the GalaRio™ 2 application. DO NOT change
the name of any PosterPrinter™ Systems in your PC prior to
installing the GalaRio™ 2 application. Once you have installed
both the drivers and the application, you can rename your
printers. If you need a PosterPrinter™ System driver, please
refer to the computer interface kit that accompanied your
PosterPrinter™ System.
Before you begin the installation procedure, close all open
applications and disable all anti-virus software on your PC.
