Deleting Outputs

You can delete a saved output from within the application directories or

from outside of the application. Use the following procedure to delete

outputs.

To delete an output

1. Select Delete from the File menu. The Delete Document dialog box

appears.

2. Select a file group from the File group option.

3. Select an output from the Select a document list.

4. Click OK to delete the output.

Hint! To delete a file previously saved outside of the Document folder,

skip steps 2-4 and click the Browse button. Navigate directly to

the output you want to delete.

The application asks you to confirm the deletion of the output.
